(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RDM) announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the shareholders held on May 29, 2012, the following persons were elected as directors: John V. Hickey, Kerry Sparkes, Peter Tallman, John Heslop and Michael J. Meredith. The Company's Stock Option Plan was also approved until the next AGM, subject to filing with the TSXV.

John V. Hickey was reappointed as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Michael J. Meredith was appointed as Corporate Secretary. The Board has also appointed David McDonald as Chief Financial Officer.
