Anglo Canadian Mining Corp. ("Anglo Canadian" or the"Company") (TSX Venture: URA) is pleased to announce the closing of the previously announced private placement in the amount of $131,300. This financing consists of 815,000 non-flow through shares at $0.065 per share and 1,205,000 flow through shares at $0.065 per share. A total of 1,630,000 sharepurchase warrants with an exercise price of $0.10 per warrant have also been subscribed for. These warrants have a two-year term.

Proceeds from this financing will be used to further development at the Princeton Copper / Gold Project and general working capital.
