Hudson Announces Grants of Options
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Apr 24, 2014) - HUDSON RESOURCES INC. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HUD)(OTCQX:HUDRF) announces that following the Company's annual compensation review which includes the granting of options, the board of director's has approved the granting of a total of 2,100,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and employees of the Company, as per the terms of the stock option plan. The options are exercisable at $0.34 per share, based on yesterday's closing price of the Company's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange, and have a term of five years, subject to the policies of the TSXV.
