Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX:CZQ) (the "Company", or "Continental") is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Chairperson of the Board. Dave Pryce, the heading of global government relations for D2L, assumes the position effective today. Mr. Pryce replaces Rana Vig, who relinquishes the Chairperson position, but will remain as CEO and a Director of the Company.
"I am looking forward to working closely with the shareholders, Board of Directors and corporate leadership to explore new growth opportunities for Continental," said Mr. Pryce.
"We are thrilled to have someone of Dave's stature and international experiences join the Board at this critical time for the Company," states Board Director Marty Bernholtz. "I would also like to thank Rana for his stewardship as Chairperson and look forward to continuing to work with him in his capacity as CEO."
Mr. Pryce brings to the Board a wealth of international business experience, including his work with D2L, and before that as Vice President of Government Relations for EMEA and APAC at BlackBerry.
