VANCOUVER, April 28, 2017 /CNW/ - Leagold Mining Corp. (TSX-V: LMC) ("Leagold" or the "Company") announces that pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, a total of 9,000,000 incentive stock options have been granted to its officers, employees, consultants and a charitable organization. The stock options are exercisable at a price of C$2.85 per share for a period of 5 years, subject to regulatory approval.
