Gold Hill Resources, Inc. Provides Updates on Intellectual Property Portfolio

20.03.2014  |  PR Newswire
Files 7 Patents Covering Existing and New Products to Be Launched in 2014

LAS VEGAS, March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Gold Hill Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: GULD) ("GHR" or the "Company"), a mining and subsurface detection technology company, today announced that it has filed seven patent applications for products under its expanding portfolio of detection products and systems.

Wayne Good GHR's Chief Executive Officer said, "We are focused on becoming the leading technology provider of detection-based applications, and are very pleased with the progress we have made over the past year in achieving that objective. Our IP and product development focus continues to be in subsurface detection on both land and water with a broad range of products addressing advanced geophysical receiving utilizing drone based detection, induced polarization, ground penetrating radar, pulse induction and pulse induction coil technology, and diamagnetic imaging, as well as other ground breaking technology to be announced soon.

The new patent applications include:

- The Roll-Up Antenna Fabrication patent covers a blanket antenna process and material, which allows for multi-terrain based use and portability in a brand new drag-behind system.

- The Multichannel, Self-propelled, Roll-up Antenna Array patent application lays out a new design for an autonomous multi-channel pulse induction system where nine square meters can be surveyed in a single pass. This significantly decreases the overall time required to survey an acre, utilizing a self-propelled system that can move autonomously, while sending the results back to a wireless receiver. Gold Hill Resources envisions using this system in order to provide premium technical services to their existing clients and new markets.

- A drone or UAV based patent application has been filed to cover drone landing gear in rough terrain, allowing for a range of fixed wing detection drones to be utilized in the field in addition to helicopter type drones, coupled with the Advanced Geophysical Receiver.

- A patent application titled Electronic Rotational Polarity Electromagnetic Array has been filed regarding a proposed system that uses both diamagnetic electromagnetic survey and ground penetrating radar to find subsurface anomalies. Each system alone cannot do this by itself, but combined it provides for deep penetration with very high-resolution image of the target. The combination of these two systems will return a higher percentage of found anomalies in most ground conditions being surveyed due to GHR's dual detection technology breakthrough.

- Gold Hill Resources also filed a patent application titled Use of Resistive EMF Detector to Locate Oil, Gas, Water and Precious Minerals Underground for a new development product, which will locate subsurface precious anomalies using 3D resistivity imaging. This system will create a real-time 3D resistivity map in the field of a large area of land as the detector is rolled through an area.

- Finally, a patent application was filed to optimize for FCC requirements of ground penetrating radar antennas to protect from spurious emissions of frequencies outside the band requirements by creating a novel design that focuses the signal toward the ground being surveyed.

About Gold Hill Resources

Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, Gold Hill Resources, Inc. is a technology company focused on developing proprietary applications for the mining industry. The company owns and operates two wholly owned subsidiaries: Accurate Locators in Gold Hill, Oregon and Imaging Locators in Pahrump, Nevada. Accurate Locators is a leading developer of metal and underground detection systems that has been in business since 1992. Imaging Locators manages research, development and demonstration facilities.

Gold Hill Resources, Inc. currently uses the next generation of ground penetrating radar and Induced Polarization (IP) and other equipment to identify viable rich ore deposits to claim, acquire or joint venture with other mining concerns or landowners. The Company currently has a claim on a gold mine in Oregon called Micro Gold and in addition, the Company owns a claim referenced with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) as GHR1. This mining claim is part of the same geographical formation as the famous Johnnie Mine outside Pahrump, Nevada. GHR is also in the process of filing two additional claims, which have shown a very rich yield in the initial assays completed in the initial phase exploration.
