Perth, Australia - Southern Cross Goldfields Ltd. (ASX:SXG) is very pleased to advise that shareholders approved the name change at the Annual General Meeting held today.
Commencing at market opening on Wednesday 3 December 2014, the Company code will change to BOK.
Managing Director, David Sproule, commented that the new identity reflects the multi-commodity and national nature of the Company's projects following the recent acquisition of the Manuka Silver Mine. It also reflects the Company's evolution and entry into a new phase as it commences work to bring the Manuka Silver Mine into production imminently and also as it prepares to commence development of the Mt Boppy Gold Mine located nearby.
