Arianne Phosphate Announces Election Results of its 2016 Annual General Meeting

SAGUENAY, QC, June 30, 2016 /CNW/ - Arianne Phosphate (the "Company" or "Arianne") (TSX VENTURE: DAN; OTC: DRRSF; FRANKFURT: JE9N), a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing the Lac à Paul project in Quebec's Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region announced that Arianne shareholders reelected Messrs. Jean Lamarre, Dominique Bouchard, Brian Ostroff, James Cowley, David DeBiasio, Marco Gagnon, Siva Pillay and Steven Pinney as directors of the Company during the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on June 28 in Montreal.

"The Arianne team continues to move towards the development of the mine as we progress our discussions with potential investors and off-takers," commented Jean-Sébastien David, Chief Operating Officer of the Company. "The past year has been a very important and successful one for our project. Throughout 2015, we were able to expand our resource, reduce our projected operating costs and, of course most importantly, receive our Ministerial Decree from the Government of Quebec. Just before the shareholders' meeting, Arianne's Board of Directors confirmed the nomination of Mr. Jean Lamarre as Chairman and Mr. Dominique Bouchard as Vice-Chairman, respectively.
