SRG Mining Inc. Announces Change of Auditor & Update to the Board of Directors
In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations ("NI 51-102"), the Company has filed a Notice of Change of Auditor on SEDAR together with letters from both PwC and RCGT, with each letter confirming agreement with the statements contained in the notice, as applicable. There were no reportable events (as defined in NI 51-102) between PwC and the Company.
In addition, the Company announces that the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Nikolaos Sofronis as a member of the Board of Directors.
