VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/11/12 -- CaNickel Mining Ltd. ("CaNickel" or the "Company") (TSX: CML) held its Annual and Special General Meeting (the "Annual Meeting") today in which all matters placed before the shareholders were approved.
