Research & Development Rebate

Kibaran Resources Ltd. (ASX: KNL) is pleased to advise it has received a Research and Development rebate for financial years 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14. The rebate falls under the Australian Federal Government's Tax Incentive Scheme and the Company received $942,692.

The rebate adds to the Company's cash reserves and will be used as working capital while Kibaran progresses the debt financing and further strategic partnerships for the Epanko Graphite Project.

The Company is currently finalising its R&D claim for the financial year 2014/15.
