Gonzaga Resources Ltd.: Private Placement and Technical Report

VANCOUVER, Jan. 18, 2016 - Gonzaga Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GN), announces that it has closed a private placement of $50,400 and issued 504,000 common shares (the "Shares") at a price of $0.10 per share. The proceeds of the private placement will be used by the Company for general working capital purposes and toward work expenditures on its Company's Kennedy River Property, Vancouver Island, B.C. The Shares are subject to a four month hold period from the date of issuance.

The Company also announces that it has filed an updating technical report on SEDAR with respect to its Kennedy River Property.
