Knight Metals Grant of Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - Dec. 12, 2011) - Knight Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: KNP (FRANKFURT: KRL) ("Knight Metals" or the "Company") reports that the Company has granted 3,500,000 incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers, employees and consultants. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.24 per common share for a period of three years.
