Silver Mountain Mines Appoints New CFO
Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - April 22, 2015) - Silver Mountain Mines Inc. (TSXV: SMM) ("Silver Mountain" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Crichton, CA as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, who replaces Sandra Beaulieu as the Company's CFO. The Board of Directors and Management wish to thank Sandra for her contributions and wish her success in her future endeavors.
Stuart is a seasoned professional Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of working in both public and private resource and investment companies, as well as experience in public accounting practices for a major accounting firm. Stuart brings expertise in accounting, treasury, business start-up, planning and analysis as well as both internal and external auditing following 11 years as financial executive with a private specialty fund manager and investment holding company. He also had significant involvement in formation and growth of royalty entities through transactions valued in excess of $190 million. Stuart previously spent four years as Controller/CFO of Canada's largest, independent, crude oil marketing company and 10 years of increasing responsibility with a large public oil and gas company.
