HALIFAX, May 12, 2015 /CNW/ - Zonte Metals Inc (TSXV: ZON) ("Zonte" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Charles Reed as a director of the company effectively immediately to pursue other business opportunities.

Terry Christopher, President and CEO, stated "Charles has been a valued member of the board since inception, providing technical insight and guidance. We thank and wish him the best for the future".

Zonte Metals Inc. is a junior explorer focused on gold and copper.  In addition to Zonte's pursuit of resource opportunities and strategic relationships within Colombia, the Company has the drill-ready bulk tonnage Wings Point Gold Project in Newfoundland.
