Reliance Resources Ltd. strengthens executive team

- Appointment of Mr Kevin Kye as Chief Financial Officer

VANCOUVER, Oct. 18, 2013 /CNW/ - Reliance Resources Limited (TSX: RI) ("Reliance") or ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Kevin Kye as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This appointment strengthens Reliance's executive ranks with Mr Nicholas Clark continuing in his role as President of the Company.

Mr Kye has extensive experience and qualifications that will be very valuable for Reliance as it assesses a number of value-adding opportunities. Mr Kye holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a qualified chartered accountant with 10 years' accounting, finance and treasury experience. Mr Kye has worked in leading international accounting firms including Ernst & Young as well as in respected listed and private companies.
