GoldON Resources Limited Completes Debt Settlement

Victoria, British Columbia (FSCwire) - GoldON Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: GLD) has completed its previously-announced shares-for-debt settlement with five creditors. The Company has issued 2,841,008 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share in settlement of $142,050.41 of debt. The issued shares are subject to a four-month hold period expiring April 23, 2016.
