Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / April 1, 2016 - Strata Minerals Inc.. (TSXV: SMP) ("Strata" or the "Company") announces the following change to its Board of Directors.

Effective March 31, 2016, Richard Kelertas has resigned from the Board of the Company.
