Benchmark Announces $1.0 Million Non-Brokered Flow-Through Share Offering

EDMONTON, Sept. 26, 2018 - Benchmark Metals Inc. (formerly, Crystal Exploration Inc., the “Company” or “Benchmark”) (TSX-V: BNCH) (OTCQB: CYRTD) (GER: A2JM2X) (FKT: A7CA) – Benchmark is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a private placement of up to 4.0 million flow-through shares at an offering price of $0.25 per share to raise gross proceeds of up to $1.0 million (the “Offering”). The proceeds will be used to incur qualifying Canadian exploration expenses (the “Qualifying Expenses”) on the Lawyers Property, British Columbia, and the Company will renounce the Qualifying Expenses to the subscribers, and each subscriber will be entitled to their pro rata share of the flow-through expenses renounced, a 15% federal tax credit and, if a BC resident, a 20% BC mining expenditures tax credit, less any government assistance.
The Company may pay finder’s fees to arm’s length finders equal to 6% of the proceeds raised and non-transferable share purchase warrants to acquire up to 6% of the flow-through shares sold at an exercise price of $0.25 per share for a period of up to two years from the date of closing of the Offering.
