S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes to the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

A Deletion from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite and Venture Select IndicesTORONTO, Nov. 13, 2014 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
The shareholders of Cayden Resources Inc. (TSXVN:CYD) have agreed to the terms of a Plan of Arrangement whereby the company will be acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. (TSX:AEM) for a combination of cash and shares. Cayden Resources will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite and Venture Select indices after the close of trading on Thursday, November 20, 2014.
