VANCOUVER, May 07, 2021 - Almadex Minerals Ltd. ("Almadex" or the "Company") (TSX-V: DEX) announces that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted stock options to certain directors, officers, and consultants of the Company to purchase an aggregate 3,189,200 common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.26 per share which expire on May 11, 2023.
