Fairmont Resources Inc. Announces Litigation with Eureka Trading
Vancouver, June 9, 2017 - Fairmont Resources Inc. (TSXV: FMR) ("Fairmont") announces that an action in Spain has been filed against the Company by Innovacion, Soluciones Y Servicios Para La Commercialiacion S.L. (commercial name Eureka Trading). Eureka Trading claims that the Company owes them a success fee for the unsuccessful acquisition of certain assets in Spain belonging to Granitos of Badajoz, S.A. ("Grabasa"), which is currently in liquidation. Under the action, Eureka Trading is seeking EUR 575,000 (the "Claimed Amount"). The Company has retained Spanish legal counsel and is disputing that it owes the Claimed Amount to Eureka Trading.About Fairmont Resources Inc.
